Bill Branan has been a management consultant for more than 20 years, partnering with M Squared since 2004. He works primarily at the executive level, helping to resolve the most complex IT, process, and strategy problems in a range of industries, including health care, retail distribution, manufacturing, and financial services, his area of expertise. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Branan’s career includes:
- Working as a consultant and manager at Big Four auditor Deloitte.
- Executive experience as a chief information officer in staff and interim positions and as a vice president of strategy.
- More than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
His M Squared engagements have included:
- Identified and managed the change implications of a massive technology transition over the course of three years.
- Conducted an enterprise cost analysis of a large systems platform migration which helped identify multi-million dollar cost savings.
- Led a process improvement and risk analysis for the centralization of a regional bank’s treasury management operations.
