Partnering with M Squared since 2001, Jim Dybalski is an accomplished senior management consultant with extensive experience in managing change for high-technology, financial services, and Internet companies, including M Squared clients Wells Fargo Bank, Visa USA, Washington Mutual, and Autodesk. He excels in high-stress, fast-paced environments.

Dybalski’s career includes:
  • 20 years of management and 10 years of individual contributor responsibilities in IT, engineering, and customer support functions.
  • Managing cross-functional project teams of 200 people worldwide.
  • Building and managing staffs from startup to 300 people and budgets up to $40 million in multiple locations.
  • Major organizational turnarounds in staff, performance, and morale.

His M Squared engagements have included:
  • Created a business continuity plan for total physical redundancy and backup of all U.S. call centers and their staff for a large national financial services firm.
  • Led the implementation of a six-month integration project of more than 160 desktop applications from an outdated center belonging to a newly acquired company, coordinating resources and vendors worldwide.
  • Managed several fraud and credit risk projects, building strong relationships with our client's customers, internal staff, and analytics providers.
  • Managed the development and implementation of health, safetym and security processes worldwide for a Real Estate and Facilities organization.
