Collabrus Client Services Associate
Location: San Francisco
Position Summary
The Collabrus Client Services Associate is responsible for providing Human Resources support and customer service to Collabrus clients’ contingent workforce with a focus on pay and benefits services, compliance, proper worker classification and managed services. The successful candidate will work with Collabrus Business Development, Account Managers and Consultant Services Managers to provide high level human resources services to our consultants. In addition, the Client Services Associate will interface with Collabrus clients to provide excellent client support services.
The role and responsibilities
The successful candidate for the role must have a working knowledge of Human Resources support as it relates to the full employment lifecycle along with a high customer service orientation. In addition, some of the responsibilities include:

Facilitate Collabrus consultant on-boarding/off-boarding

Coordinate and maintain assigned client and consultant relationships with high satisfaction level

Participate in select new business presentations

Coordinate payroll preparation and processing

Conduct audits to ensure timely and accurate consultant payment; research and resolve problems; escalate issues as needed.

Respond to client and consultant information requests, problems, and concerns quickly.

Monitor and ensure adherence to client procedures while the consultant is on assignment.

Provide administrative and/or clerical support to the Collabrus team.
Essential Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in human resources and customer service with a record of progressive accomplishment
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits programs
- BA/BS in Business or related field
- Staffing Agency experience a PLUS
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of human resource management, with working knowledge of worker classification and wage and hour regulations
- Understanding of contract administration a plus
- Ability to work quickly with a high sense of urgency and commitment to internal and external client satisfaction, delivering quality results "yesterday"
- Solutions oriented; resourceful in finding the answers
- Good listener, team player and collaborator
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and strong Excel skills a must
