Collabrus provides employment services for M Squared consultants and provides risk management and pay and consultant management services for other contractor and consulting workforces.

 

Position Summary

The Collabrus Sales & Marketing Coordinator will provide sales, marketing and operations support to enable a higher quality and quantity of Collabrus sales activity and responsive consultant service. This non-exempt position will report to the General Manager of Collabrus and will be an integral member of the Collabrus team.

 

This fulltime position is based in San Francisco and will start July 15:

Marketing Support Activities and Program Coordination - Act as the liason between the Collabrus Business Development group and the Marketing manager to develop plans and coordinate implementation responsibilities and timelines for all Collabrus marketing programs. Activities include:

  • Website Refresh and updates
  • Blog posting
  • Marketing Campaigns (email and flyers)
  • Create and maintain Collateral library  
  • Compliance Tool kit
  • Events, Workshops & Seminars

Sales Support Activities - Coordinate Collabrus sales call support, activity tracking, and reporting:

  • Maintain Sales activity calendar
  • Coordinate client calls and call preparation
  • Monitor Sales Process and Pipeline
  • Design and create:
    • Sales Proposals
    • Sales Presentations (PowerPoint)
    •  Semi Annual Client Reviews
    • Client process (workflow) maps
    • Client and Consultant newsletters & other communications
  • Maintain Targeted Account List(s) – Keep current & track activity
  • Conduct Targeted Account Research / Account profiling
  • Act as the Collabrus Salesforce.com representation – Monitor salesforce.com reported activity levels and accuracy of Sales Activity Reporting

Operations Support Activities:

  • Coordinate the Collabrus Client / Consultant Satisfaction (CSI) Program
  •  Design and Create Consultant / Contractor collaterals & communication programs
  • Support Annual Benefits “Open Enrollment” for Collabrus consultants (Event scheduling & packets)
  • Provide Back-up for consultant and employee inquiries
  • Coordinate Systems maintenance (HRIS, Payroll systems, Filing systems)
  • Other weekly activities include:
    • Office Supplies & Printing & Office equipment
    • HR filing
    • Team Calendar & team meeting coordination
    • Receptionist/phone coverage (lunchtime:  2 hours/weekly)
    • Special projects (i.e. team facility move in September)

Job Requirements

·         Ability and aptitude to multi-task and drive to meet timelines and achieve results

·         Ability to work quickly with a high sense of urgency and commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction, delivering results “yesterday”

·         Strong attention to detail and process orientation; accurate work product

·         Good listener, team player and collaborator

·         Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to frequently re-prioritize

·         Proven experience in support and/or HR Rep roles

·         Solutions oriented; resourceful in finding the answers

·         Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Experience in a multi faceted support role would be plus

·         Expert PC and technical skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.  Visio is desirable 

·         BA/BS in Business, or related field

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or human resources support position with customer service orientation and record of progressive accomplishment.
